A final point of procedure
Clients don’t need to know what you’re up to unless you are particularly chummy or looking for that kind of relationship. You are simply “out of the office.” Unless you are going to a skill-building conference and want to show that off. Then definitely tell clients why you’re being so selfish with your time.
